Resting on the base of the Apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief keystone,

This then I tell you and implore you in the Master's name, to pass your lives no longer as the Gentiles do in the perverseness of their minds;

putting on the new nature, that divine pattern which has been created in the upright and pious character of the Truth.

Let no unwholesome words ever pass your lips, but let all your words be good for benefiting others according to the need of the moment, so that they may be a means of blessing to the hearers.

For, of the secret things which are brought to pass by them, it is, shameful, even to speak!
