This took place in Bethany beyond the Jordan, where John was baptizing.

He said to them, "Now draw some out, and take it to the master of the feast." So they took it.

So when he came to Galilee, the Galileans welcomed him, having seen all that he had done in Jerusalem at the feast, for they too had gone to the feast.

And at once the man was healed, and he took up his bed and walked. Now that day was the Sabbath.

Jesus then took the loaves, and when he had given thanks, he distributed them to those who were seated; so also the fish, as much as they wanted.

They replied, "Are you from Galilee, too? Search and look, and you will find that no prophet is to rise out of Galilee."

So they took up stones to throw at him; but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple.

He answered them, "I have told you already and you did not listen. Why do you want to hear it again? Do you want to become his disciples, too?"

The Jews took up stones again to stone him.

So they took away the stone. And Jesus lifted up his eyes and said, "Father, I thank you that you have heard me.

Then Mary took a pound of very costly perfume of pure nard, anointed the feet of Jesus, and wiped his feet with her hair. And the house was filled with the fragrance of the perfume.

They took branches of palm trees and went out to meet him, crying, "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord! The King of Israel!"

rose from supper, laid aside his garments, took a towel and girded himself.

So then Pilate took Jesus and scourged him.

Then he handed him over to them to be crucified. So they took Jesus.

When the soldiers had crucified Jesus, they took his garments, and made four parts, one for each soldier, and also his tunic. Now the tunic was without seam, woven in one piece from top to bottom.

Then he said to the disciple, "Behold, your mother!" And from that hour the disciple took her to his own home.

After this Josnt of Arimathea, who was a disciple of Jesus, but secretly, for fear of the Jews, asked Pilate that he might take away the body of Jesus, and Pilate gave him permission. So he came and took away his body.

So they took the body of Jesus, and bound it in strips of linen with the spices, as is the burial custom of the Jews.

Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and did the same with the fish.
