And he proclaimed, saying, The stronger than I comes after me, of whom I am not sufficient, having bent the head, to loose the strings of his shoes.

And after John was delivered up, Jesus came into Galilee, proclaiming the good news of the kingdom of God,

And Jesus said to them, Come after me, and I will make you to become fishermen of men.

And quickly he called them: and having left their father Zebedee in the ship with the hirelings; they went after him.

And again he went into Capernaum after the days; and it was heard that he is in the house.

And he began to teach them that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be disapproved of by the elders, and the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise up.

And having called the crowd with his disciples, he said to them, Whoever wills to come after me, let him absolutely deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me.

And after six days Jesus takes Peter, and James, and John, and brings them up into a high mountain apart alone: and he was transformed before them.

But in those days, after that pressure, the sun shall be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light,

And after two days was the pascha, and the unleavened loaves: and the chief priests and scribes sought how, having taken him by fraud, they might kill.

But after I have risen, I will lead before you into Galilee.

And after a little, again they standing by said to Peter, Truly thou art of them: for thou art a Galilean, and thy speech is like.

And after these things, to two of them, walking about, was he manifested in another form, they going into the field.

Truly therefore the Lord, after ho had spoken to them, was taken up into the heavens, and sat on the right hand of God.
