I gave you milk to drink and not meat. For ye then were not strong - no, neither yet are strong.

What is Paul? What thing is Apollos? Only ministers are they, by whom ye believed: even as the Lord gave every man grace.

I have planted. Apollos watered. But God gave increase.

So then, neither is he that planteth anything, neither he that watereth: but God which gave the increase.

And though I bestowed all my goods to feed the poor, and though I gave my body even that I burned, and yet had no love, it profiteth me nothing.
