And He cured many who were sick with various diseases, and drove out many demons, and would not let the demons speak a word, because they knew who He was.

And they kept closely watching Him, to see whether He would cure him on the Sabbath, to get a charge to bring against Him.

And whatever villages or towns or country places He came to, they would lay the sick in the market-places and beg Him to let them touch just the tassel of His coat, and everybody that touched it was cured.

and would not let anybody carry a vessel through the temple.

If the Lord had not cut those days short, nobody would have escaped, but for the sake of the people chosen as His own He has cut them short.

For the Son of Man is going away, as the Scriptures say of Him, but a curse will be on that man by whom He is betrayed. It would have been better for that man, if he had never been born."

They offered Him wine flavored with myrrh, but He would not take it.

And the passers-by kept hissing at Him, shaking their heads and saying, "Aha! You are the man who would tear down the temple and build another in three days!

But although they had heard that He was alive and had been seen by her, they would not believe it.

Then they went back and told the rest, but they would not believe them either.
