But all this was done, that the word of the Lord might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophet, saying;

But all this was done that the words spoken by the prophet might be fulfilled, who says;

Hear another parable: There was a man, a householder, who planted a vineyard, and made a hedge around it, and dug a wine vat in it, and built a tower, and let it out to husbandmen, and went abroad.

And they went and made the tomb safe with a guard, having sealed the stone.

Senseless men! did not he that made the outside make also the inside?

And he answered and said to his father, Behold, l have served you so many years, and have never disobeyed your command; and you have never given me a kid, that I might rejoice with my friends;

And running before, he went up on a sycamore that he might see him; for he was to pass by it.

And he returned, having received the kingdom, and ordered those servants to be called to him to whom he had given the money, that he might know what each one had done.

This man came for a testimony, to testify of the light, that all might believe through him.

And when the master of the feast tasted of the water made wine, and knew not whence it was,??ut the servants knew who had drawn the water,??he master of the feast called the bridegroom

Then he came again to Cana in Galilee, where he had made the water wine. And there was a certain nobleman whose son was sick at Capernaum.

And as he was now going down his servants met him, and told, saying, Your child lives.

He answered them, He that made me well, he said to me, Take up your bed and walk.

The man went away and told the Jews that it was Jesus who had made him well;

and the lake was made rough by a great wind blowing.

If a man receives circumcision on the sabbath, that the law of Moses may not be broken, are you angry with me because I made a man entirely sound on the sabbath?

They said this to try him, that they might have something of which to accuse him. But Jesus, stooping down, wrote with his finger on the ground.
