who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction, with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

And I wrote as I did, so that when I came I might not suffer pain from those who should have made me rejoice, for I had confidence in all of you, that my joy would be the joy of you all.

For we are the aroma of Christ to God among those who are being saved and among those who are perishing,

And even if our gospel is veiled, it is veiled to those who are perishing.
