And it happened that while [he] was sowing, {some seed} fell on the side of the path, and the birds came and devoured it.

And Jesus said to them, "You will all fall away, because it is written, 'I will strike the shepherd and the sheep will be scattered.'

But Peter said to him, "Even if they all fall away, certainly I will not!"

And going forward a little he fell to the ground and began to pray that, if it were possible, the hour would pass from him.
