For there is no respect of faces with God.

as it is written: "There is none righteous, no not one;

there is none that understands, there is none that seeks after God."

because the Law works out wrath, for where no law is, there is no transgression.

for until the Law sin was in the world, but sin is not imputed when there is no law.

There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
