And this shall be an everlasting statute to you, to make an atonement for the sons of Israel for their sins once a year. And he did as Jehovah commanded Moses.

And Moses spoke to the sons of Israel that they should bring the despiser outside the camp, and stone him with stones. And the sons of Israel did as Jehovah commanded Moses.

As long as it lies waste it shall rest, because it did not rest in your sabbaths when you lived on it.
