and thou wilt fold them up as a vesture, and they will be changed; but thou art the same, and thy years will not fail."

Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications, with strong crying and tears, to him that was able to save him from death, and was heard by reason of his godly reverence,

and being perfected became the author of everlasting salvation to all who obey him,

who hath not necessity daily, as the highpriests, to offer up sacrifice first for his own sins, and then for those of the people; for this he did once for all, when he offered up himself.

so also Christ having been once offered up to bear the sins of many, will appear the second time, without sin, for the salvation of those who are waiting for him.
