from twenty years old and upward, all that are able to go forth to war in Israel, thou and Aaron shall number them by their hosts.

And these are the names of the men that shall stand with you. Of Reuben: Elizur the son of Shedeur.

These are they that were called of the congregation, the princes of the tribes of their fathers; they were the heads of the thousands of Israel.

And Moses and Aaron took these men that are mentioned by name:

And the children of Reuben, Israel's first-born, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Reuben, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.

Of the children of Simeon, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, those that were numbered thereof, according to the number of the names, by their polls, every male from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Simeon, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.

Of the children of Gad, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Gad, were forty and five thousand six hundred and fifty.

Of the children of Judah, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Judah, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.

Of the children of Issachar, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Issachar, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.

Of the children of Zebulun, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Zebulun, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.

Of the children of Joseph, namely , of the children of Ephraim, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Ephraim, were forty thousand and five hundred.

Of the children of Manasseh, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Manasseh, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.

Of the children of Benjamin, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Benjamin, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.

Of the children of Dan, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Dan, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.

Of the children of Asher, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Asher, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.

Of the children of Naphtali, their generations, by their families, by their fathers houses, according to the number of the names, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war;

those that were numbered of them, of the tribe of Naphtali, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.

These are they that were numbered, whom Moses and Aaron numbered, and the princes of Israel, being twelve men: they were each one for his fathers house.

So all they that were numbered of the children of Israel by their fathers houses, from twenty years old and upward, all that were able to go forth to war in Israel;

even all they that were numbered were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

but appoint thou the Levites over the tabernacle of the testimony, and over all the furniture thereof, and over all that belongeth to it: they shall bear the tabernacle, and all the furniture thereof; and they shall minister unto it, and shall encamp round about the tabernacle.

And when the tabernacle setteth forward, the Levites shall take it down; and when the tabernacle is to be pitched, the Levites shall set it up: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

But the Levites shall encamp round about the tabernacle of the testimony, that there be no wrath upon the congregation of the children of Israel: and the Levites shall keep the charge of the tabernacle of the testimony.

Thus did the children of Israel; according to all that Jehovah commanded Moses, so did they.

And those that encamp on the east side toward the sunrising shall be they of the standard of the camp of Judah, according to their hosts: and the prince of the children of Judah shall be Nahshon the son of Amminadab.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were threescore and fourteen thousand and six hundred.

And those that encamp next unto him shall be the tribe of Issachar: and the prince of the children of Issachar shall be Nethanel the son of Zuar.

And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were fifty and four thousand and four hundred.

And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were fifty and seven thousand and four hundred.

All that were numbered of the camp of Judah were a hundred thousand and fourscore thousand and six thousand and four hundred, according to their hosts. They shall set forth first.

And his host, and those that were numbered thereof, were forty and six thousand and five hundred.

And those that encamp next unto him shall be the tribe of Simeon: and the prince of the children of Simeon shall be Shelumiel the son of Zurishaddai.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were fifty and nine thousand and three hundred.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty and five thousand and six hundred and fifty.

All that were numbered of the camp of Reuben were a hundred thousand and fifty and one thousand and four hundred and fifty, according to their hosts. And they shall set forth second.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty thousand and five hundred.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were thirty and two thousand and two hundred.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were thirty and five thousand and four hundred.

All that were numbered of the camp of Ephraim were a hundred thousand and eight thousand and a hundred, according to their hosts. And they shall set forth third.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were threescore and two thousand and seven hundred.

And those that encamp next unto him shall be the tribe of Asher: and the prince of the children of Asher shall be Pagiel the son of Ochran.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were forty and one thousand and five hundred.

And his host, and those that were numbered of them, were fifty and three thousand and four hundred.

All that were numbered of the camp of Dan were a hundred thousand and fifty and seven thousand and six hundred. They shall set forth hindmost by their standards.

These are they that were numbered of the children of Israel by their fathers houses: all that were numbered of the camps according to their hosts were six hundred thousand and three thousand and five hundred and fifty.

Thus did the children of Israel; according to all that Jehovah commanded Moses, so they encamped by their standards, and so they set forward, every one by their families, according to their fathers houses.

Now these are the generations of Aaron and Moses in the day that Jehovah spake with Moses in mount Sinai.

These are the names of the sons of Aaron, the priests that were anointed, whom he consecrated to minister in the priest's office.

Bring the tribe of Levi near, and set them before Aaron the priest, that they may minister unto him.

And thou shalt appoint Aaron and his sons, and they shall keep their priesthood: and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

And I, behold, I have taken the Levites from among the children of Israel instead of all the first-born that openeth the womb among the children of Israel; and the Levites shall be mine:

for all the first-born are mine; on the day that I smote all the first-born in the land of Egypt I hallowed unto me all the first-born in Israel, both man and beast; mine they shall be: I am Jehovah.

Those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, even those that were numbered of them were seven thousand and five hundred.

And Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be prince of the princes of the Levites, and have the oversight of them that keep the charge of the sanctuary.

And those that were numbered of them, according to the number of all the males, from a month old and upward, were six thousand and two hundred.

And those that encamp before the tabernacle eastward, before the tent of meeting toward the sunrising, shall be Moses, and Aaron and his sons, keeping the charge of the sanctuary for the charge of the children of Israel; and the stranger that cometh nigh shall be put to death.

All that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron numbered at the commandment of Jehovah, by their families, all the males from a month old and upward, were twenty and two thousand.

And all the first-born males according to the number of names, from a month old and upward, of those that were numbered of them, were twenty and two thousand two hundred and threescore and thirteen.

And for the redemption of the two hundred and threescore and thirteen of the first-born of the children of Israel, that are over and above the number of the Levites,

And Moses took the redemption-money from them that were over and above them that were redeemed by the Levites;

from thirty years old and upward even until fifty years old, all that enter upon the service, to do the work in the tent of meeting.

And when Aaron and his sons have made an end of covering the sanctuary, and all the furniture of the sanctuary, as the camp is set forward; after that, the sons of Kohath shall come to bear it: but they shall not touch the sanctuary, lest they die. These things are the burden of the sons of Kohath in the tent of meeting.

And the charge of Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest shall be the oil for the light, and the sweet incense, and the continual meal-offering, and the anointing oil, the charge of all the tabernacle, and of all that therein is, the sanctuary, and the furniture thereof.

but thus do unto them, that they may live, and not die, when they approach unto the most holy things: Aaron and his sons shall go in, and appoint them every one to his service and to his burden;

from thirty years old and upward until fifty years old shalt thou number them; all that enter in to wait upon the service, to do the work in the tent of meeting.

they shall bear the curtains of the tabernacle, and the tent of meeting, its covering, and the covering of sealskin that is above upon it, and the screen for the door of the tent of meeting,

from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old shalt thou number them, every one that entereth upon the service, to do the work of the tent of meeting.

from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered upon the service, for work in the tent of meeting:

and those that were numbered of them by their families were two thousand seven hundred and fifty.

These are they that were numbered of the families of the Kohathites, all that did serve in the tent of meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the commandment of Jehovah by Moses.

And those that were numbered of the sons of Gershon, their families, and by their fathers houses,

from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered upon the service, for work in the tent of meeting,

even those that were numbered of them, by their families, by their fathers houses, were two thousand and six hundred and thirty.

These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Gershon, all that did serve in the tent of meeting, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the commandment of Jehovah.

And those that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, by their families, by their fathers houses,

from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered upon the service, for work in the tent of meeting,

even those that were numbered of them by their families, were three thousand and two hundred.

These are they that were numbered of the families of the sons of Merari, whom Moses and Aaron numbered according to the commandment of Jehovah by Moses.

All those that were numbered of the Levites, whom Moses and Aaron and the princes of Israel numbered, by their families, and by their fathers houses,

from thirty years old and upward even unto fifty years old, every one that entered in to do the work of service, and the work of bearing burdens in the tent of meeting,

even those that were numbered of them, were eight thousand and five hundred and fourscore.

Command the children of Israel, that they put out of the camp every leper, and every one that hath an issue, and whosoever is unclean by the dead:

both male and female shall ye put out, without the camp shall ye put them; that they defile not their camp, in the midst whereof I dwell.

Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Jehovah, and that soul shall be guilty;

and the priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle the priest shall take, and put it into the water.

And the priest shall set the woman before Jehovah, and let the hair of the woman's head go loose, and put the meal-offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal-offering of jealousy: and the priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that causeth the curse.

And the priest shall cause her to swear, and shall say unto the woman, If no man have lain with thee, and if thou have not gone aside to uncleanness, being under thy husband, be thou free from this water of bitterness that causeth the curse.

and this water that causeth the curse shall go into thy bowels, and make thy body to swell, and thy thigh to fall away. And the woman shall say, Amen, Amen.

and he shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causeth the curse; and the water that causeth the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.
