And I will settle him in My house, and in My kingdom forever. And his throne shall be established forever.

And what one nation in the earth is like Your people Israel, whom God went to redeem to be His own people, to make You a name of greatness and terribleness, by driving out nations from before Your people whom You have redeemed out of Egypt?

And now, O Jehovah, let the thing which You have spoken concerning Your servant and concerning his house be established forever, and do as You have said.

Let it even be established, so that Your name may be magnified forever, saying, Jehovah of Hosts is the God of Israel, a God to Israel. And let the house of David Your servant be established before You.

And now let it please You to bless the house of Your servant so that it may be before You forever. For You have blessed, O Jehovah, and it is blessed forever.

And David struck Hadarezer king of Zobah to Hamath, as he went to establish his dominion by the river Euphrates.

But Jehovah, the God of Israel chose me before all the house of my father to be king over Israel forever. For He has chosen Judah to be the ruler, and of the house of Judah the house of my father. And in my father's house He was pleased to make me king over all Israel.

And He said to me, Solomon your son shall build My house and My courts, for I have chosen him to be My son, and I will be his Father.

Take heed now, for Jehovah has chosen you to build a house for the sanctuary. Be strong and do it.
