And every spirit which confesseth not Jesus Christ come in the flesh, is not of God: and this is that spirit of Antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and now already it is in the world.

We are of God; he that knoweth God, heareth us: he that is not of God, heareth not us: hereby know we the Spirit of truth and the spirit of error.

This is he that came by water and blood; even Jesus Christ; not by the water only, but by the water and the blood: and it is the Spirit who testifieth; because the Spirit is truth.

And this is the testimony, that God hath given us eternal life, and this life is in his Son.

And if we know that he heareth us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions which we asked of him.

There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for that. All unrighteousness is sin: but there is a sin not unto death.
